In 2003 CRL completed the refurbishment of Holbeach Multi Storey Car Park, Catford, London. Holbeach Multi Storey Car Park was a major project which saw the installation of an extensive corrosion inhibitor and sacrificial anode Cathodic Protection system, as well as numerous other disciplines to ensure the project was delivered successfully.

Scope of Works:

• Sacrificial anode system and corrosion inhibitor installation
• Concrete repairs to slabs and soffits
• Anti-skid waterproofing deck coating to 20,000m2 of decks
• Anti-carbonation soffit coating
• Anti-carbonation coating to 20.000m2 of soffit
• Installation of new lighting and a CCTV security upgrade
• Restraint, Safety Barriers and architectural security grills metalwork installation
• Remodelling of main entrance
• Installation of vehicle restraint system (Road blocker)
