NEW REFURBISHMENT DIVISION LAUNCHED BY CRL

To meet ever-increasing market demand for specialist main contractors to be able to undertake all aspects of building renovation work, Concrete Repairs Ltd has recently launched a new division specifically to provide a full building restoration service.

The new division will be known as CRL Refurbishment and will operate from each of the company’s offices in London, Sheffield, Bristol, Manchester, Falkirk and Jersey, affording clients a local single point of contact for all aspects of property renovation.

CRL Refurbishment has been set up to handle major high value multi-disciplined contracts in all sectors, including social housing, commercial, health and education. Property renovation services will be focused on remedying structural defects whilst enhancing the building’s visual appearance, its impact on the environment and its energy demands. Resident’s needs and client satisfaction will be paramount.

Specific services will include comprehensive building surveys and diagnosis, contract recommendations and budget costings, structural repair, roofing, window replacement, overcladding and external wall insulation, security systems & lighting, mechanical & electrical services, soft landscaping and drainage works. All work will be carried out under the direction/supervision of the company's professional management with directly employed CSCS Accredited operatives.

The new division’s customer focused, value-for-money philosophy will fit neatly with all types of ‘Partnering’ arrangements. It will be committed to providing "Best Value" and Key Performance Indicators will be regularly used to monitor its progress.

ISO 9002 accredited CRL believe that successful property renovation demands a professional multi-skilled approach. The successful outcome to any renovation project calls for a true understanding of structural condition, combined with the technical expertise to tackle every aspect of a building’s complex elements. Such requirements, says CRL, can only be fulfilled by a contracting organisation with extensive in-house resources and experience.
