SEVERAL TYPES OF SURVEY ARE AVAILABLE:

PALLIATIVE SURVEY
A visual inspection, the removal of loose material and the carrying out of temporary ‘holding repairs’ as an emergency measure.

INDICATIVE SURVEY
Limited inspections where the causes of specific areas of deterioration and/or defects are investigated and diagnosed.

STATISTICAL SURVEY
An extended Indicative Survey to investigate representative areas of both deteriorated/distressed and visually sound concrete, in order to assess the likely extent of any latent or incipient distress and the likely extent of remedial works required.

FULL SURVEY
An extended Statistical Survey, involving the identification, diagnosis and scheduling of all defects requiring remedial treatment. Full Surveys include the provision of a detailed technical report.

DEPENDING UPON THE LEVEL OF SURVEY COMMISSIONED, THIS WOULD COVER:
