CRL, as Principal Contractor, was appointed to deliver the major £4.2m external restoration project. The works included the following:

    • Copperwork
    • New rainwater goods (cast iron)
    • Brickwork (DOFF and Nebulous spray)
    • Brickwork restoration
    • Brickwork replacement
    • Helifix strengthening
    • Concrete repairs
    • Redecorations

The works were carried out whilst the apartments were occupied with minimum disruption to the residents.
