Building condition surveys are undertaken by our sister company, CRL Surveys Ltd, which is UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (Registration Number 2728). Engaging a UKAS-accredited organisation demonstrates due diligence and provides assurance of technical competence, impartiality, and the integrity of survey data used to inform refurbishment strategies.
Building maintenance and façade refurbishment often require a wide range of complementary disciplines. CRL delivers many of these services in-house through our directly employed workforce, ensuring greater control over quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Our in-house capabilities include structural engineering works, minor mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, façade fabric repairs, structural strengthening, anchor and restraint systems, protective coatings, basement waterproofing, and liquid-applied waterproofing membranes for balconies and roofs.
