Main duties and responsibilities
We are looking for Site Engineers to join our team in Falkirk. Reporting to the Site Manager the ideal candidates will have experience in working as a site engineer overseeing supervisors and operatives on construction sites. This role is also suitable for graduates.
Experience Required:

- Experience of working with Concrete repairds preferable
- Management of day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, quality checks and approvals
- Assisting the site management teams with all aspects of health, safety and environmental management
- Have a proactive approach to resolving any issues that may arise
- Supervising subconctractors and site operatives
- Managing quality control and quality assurance
- Recording all events on site daily and reporting to the site manager
- Take measurements accurately, reading and interpreting drawings
- Ordering materials and plant equipment
- Report regularly on site progress

Experience required
- BSc Civils Degree or equivalent experience
- CSCS card essential
- Proven history of project completion
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Good initiative and logical thinking
- Full driving licence essential
