Northcliffe House is a steel framed, stonework clad building in the heart of Blackfriars London and houses one of the large firms of solicitors.

The structure suffered from Regent Street disease in a fairly significant way. CRL, as specialist contractor, was engaged to carry out facade cleaning, stonework restoration, repointing and a comprehensive remote monitored impressed current Cathodic Protection System installed both internally and externally.

The cathodic protection system is not visible externally to comply with conservation requirements.

scope of works:

    • Facade cleaning
    • Extensive Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (CP) System
    • Stonework Repairs
